This part talked about mark had a hong kong foot and he got help from friend. His friend sent him the medicine through the mail. When mark went to the post office and ready to get the mail, a young woman slapped a bill to Mark and told him to pay for the bill. It was the tax for the package and that value of the package's content cannot imagine. That tax was waived for foreigners living and working in China, only levied on foreign travelers, not for him.
